Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ZiReader account directly inside the app.

Delete from ZiReader

1. Sign in to ZiReader.
2. Open Account from the profile button on Read or Practice.
3. Choose Delete account in the Danger Zone.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Your account and associated synchronized ZiReader data, including recognized characters, review activity, reading progress, and generated stories, are deleted. ZiReader also clears the account's local library and learning data from the device where you confirm deletion. Data cached by ZiReader on another device may remain there until that app is reopened, cleared, or removed.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email support@zireader.app from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.
