How can we help?

For help with reading, importing an EPUB, story generation, your account, or anything else in ZiReader, send us an email.

Before contacting support

• Include your device model and iOS version.
• Describe what you expected and what happened.
• Attach a screenshot when it helps explain the problem.
• Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from the account actions at the top of ZiReader's Read screen. For full instructions or help with a deletion request, visit the account deletion page.

Response time

ZiReader is independently developed. We aim to reply within five business days.
